As I said, people are just eminently stupid. This is a default and an embedded fact of SL so I compensate for it with redundancy.
I inform people FIVE DIFFERENT WAYS of group fees to try to compensate for this stupidity.
Group fees debit only once a week, not "every few days".
If they go over $2 in this group she's referencing, as the policy states on all those forms of communication, they are reimbursed the next day.
Given that some of them are in subsidized rentals, not a "gross human rights violation" I can get exercised about LOL.
Usually the case that those screaming the loudest aren't even paid tenants but are just either squatting, grabbing group gifts, or former tenants who don't read instructions.
