Yeah, it blocks my view of the wall. Could you please get rid of it?
Also, could I use that table? I know it's not part of my lot, but I have a plan for that table.

Thank you. I wonder how such people as the tenant find housing in real l ife. My mother and I have terminated a tenant for a good deal less offense.
