Haha BellaRose Ejects Me From Her $800 Group Because I Told the Truth About Her Terrible Customer Service

First, Bella banned me for accidentally going into her building lair -- which was merely a function of clicking on a link in chat after crashing. The link from a product sale leads to her boxes of stuff in the sky or something and so I went there by accident. I've done that before with other merchants which has taught me that the URL with the sale is usually NOT one to use but given how LOUSY her landmarks are and OUT OF DATE as I have written, I clicked on one of those just to get at least on her sim near her store.

So after getting unbanned from that stupid debacle, I am then expelled from her group merely for telling the truth about how she hides the group gifts and how her landmarks are out of date. 

Oh, and how it's still Christmas in February.

She didn't ban me from her sim, though chuckles.

Why? Because she thinks I will go on buying her incredibly expensive stuff even without being in her overpriced VIP group.

I think she'll find I've done enough buying of her expensive stuff : )

I bought a $5000 house that had a VIP group discount but then after IM'ing her to get the discounted bed that came with it, I just never heard back.

She is TERRIBLE at customer service BECAUSE SHE CAN BE.

She knows she will still keep her ferocious fangirlz in the group who bat aside anyone who complains -- it's a "type" all too familiar from SL.

Bellarose uses templates to make her stuff anyway. That is probably why she freaks out if someone gets in her building area. She doesnt want people to know she charges an arm and a leg for template items. Some of which she is using against TOS of the creator. She has a rare rug in a gacha machine and the creator states right in the terms, no gachas,

My wife and I ran into the same problem - bought a bed from her that had the permissions set wrong AND the bed had poses that sent one partner INTO or UNDER the bed, regardless of AO states - she was a total bitch to my wife too. I am a builder and store owner in SL and pride myself in customer service and satisfaction - I find this kind of behavior appalling.
