Yes, I am supposed to keep charging you when you are notified five different ways of the group fees -- on the group profile (you don't read before you join?), on the lease (you didn't read before renting?), on my profile, in quickstarts, in newsletters, in FAQs, etc. We have a system where stores don't pay for search ads and people can move from one rental to another and get the cancellation fee returned. If you don't ever rent from me again, that's fine, because I'll also put you on the "do not rent" list. If you pay attention to My Accounts, you will see the group fee as stated is 2L debiting Tuesdays, and on Wednesdays it reimburses any amount over that. But you won't be getting that reimbursement because you've left the group and also are now banned from joining it.

I get perhaps one of these complaints per month. The lion's share of tenants get what it's about, and do no mind paying...US $0.42 or 42 cents PER YEAR for being in my rentals. Hotel rooms have extra taxes. I do, too, for the service of a) search/places b) providing search/places for free for stores.
Of course, I can always add five dollars to every rental price. That way I could make about US $25- $30 a week (more or less) that would offset search fees and ads, although not the new taxes.
